Our cards measure 15cm x 15cm and come with a matching kraft envelope.
We send them packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve and a hard backed envelope so they get to you in perfect condition. Blank inside.
UK customers: Standard shipping is usually 2nd class post (except Greetings cards and Magnets which are shipped 1st class as standard) and aims to deliver within 2- 3 days. Please select expedited shipping if you would like to upgrade to 1st class.
International customers: Standard shipping is Tracked (except Greetings cards and Magnets). Your tracking number will be advised at time of shipping.
In the, hopefully unlikely, event that you are unhappy with your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order.
Buyer pays return postage and the item should be returned in its original packaging (where possible). A refund of the order value will be issued on receipt of the returned item.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds for customised/bespoke items.
In the, again hopefully unlikely, event of damage to your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. We require that you either return the damaged item to us or send evidence of the damage in the form of photographs before we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
